Thanks for looking and all help is appreciated. I would really like to use the readyboost feature, although vista boots up pretty fast without it. If i uninstall the drive it takes about 30 seconds after the choose your OS screen and XP goes back to how it used to be. It has also slowed my XP boot to a similar speed as well. To add insult to injury when I have the drive in, it takes about 3-4 minutes to restart, with a black screen after the choose your OS screen and before the welcome to windows screen. I have tried to uninstall and resintall and everything goes ok, it reads it and detects it, it installs a driver, but the same thing happens again upon restart. Windows Vista werd echter niet goed ontvangen: de systeemvereisten waren hoog tegenover die van Windows XP, waardoor op veel computers het systeem traag. When its finished, click 'OK' in each window that appears. Click the 'Cleaning' button, then click 'OK'. Click the 'Scan' button, then allow the scanning process to finish. It's not under "my computer" or removable devices and under device manager there is an error under a usb mass storage device entry that says the device could not be started. Close all open windows first, then double-click AdwCleaner to load its main window. It seems as if the drive isn't detected anymore. Windows mail is traag In Microsoft, Windows Vista, door: Martin Spybot, Spywareblaster of andere anti spyware oplossing / programmas voegen een veel site toe aan de Internet Explorer restricted lijst. I can go under the properties tab and enable the readyboost feature and use all of the space it will let me.

#COMPUTER IS TRAAG WINDOWS VISTA INSTALL#
I can install the thing and it detects it just fine. I have 2GB of system ram already and this is supposed to keep things flowing smooth, and it's on sale, hooray. Is de schijf namelijk te vol, dan is een trage computer het gevolg. De kunst is om zo weinig mogelijk bestanden hierop te bewaren. Windows staat meestal opgeslagen op de C-schijf. It's a sandisk cruzer and on the package said that it was enhanced for readyboost for windows, so I figure great. Als u op Start > (Deze) Computer klikt, ziet u welke harde schijven (zoals de C-schijf) de computer gebruikt. I have a 2GB thumb drive that I bought to use for vistas readyboost feature. I have a dual boot, XP and vista home premium. First off, am I totally out of it or is there no longer a search where I can search threads and only a FAQ search? Sorry if this has been discussed before.
